Expect more than just an amazing fishing trip, expect great food too!
Although
this is fishing trip, our repeat guests know this is also a great dining experience. From the moment you step on board you will be treated to the finest foods you can find anywhere.
We feature fresh caught crab, prawns, salmon, and halibut. All of this is prepared on board and served hot and tasty by our very own Chef Gayle Crosby. If you like, you can request an afternoon with the chef to watch or even participate in preparing and cooking one of Gayle’s recipes.
You can watch as the crew clean and fillet the fish, and from there the fish into the galley or on to the barbeque. Some of the dishes include: prawns in a butter and garlic sauce,
maple glazed salmon, halibut stuffed with shrimp.
If seafood isn’t for you, how about rack of lamb, or prime rib roast. Surf and turf? Steak and fresh caught crab is a favorite. Fish chowders for lunch or smoked salmon eggs benedict for brunch. You get the idea.
All of the food is home made style cooking. No fast foods here. The menu on board is changed from one charter to the next but you can always count on good food prepared and served hot and tasty for you.
